Your canoe or kayak trip begins or ends at "The Bluff" in Kings Park or the "Headwaters" at the Paul T. Given County Park in Smithtown. Timing is critical when paddling up or down the Nissequogue River since it is and estuary. A rising tide gives one the advantage when paddling from the River Mouth to the Headwaters. Likewise, a falling tide assists you when paddling downstream toward "The Bluff" where the Nissequogue River empties into the scenic Long Island Sound. |
At the end of
your trip, the staff will load the boats on our transport
vehicles and you will be taken back to your cars in our
private comfortable busses. Most of our business is return customers and if this is your first canoe or kayak trip with us, you will see why... |
